Yeah, I discussed this with Jordan on the plane... Originally I had deleted
the code, then I had a comment about removing it in the next release, and then I
removed that it before sending. My thought was to keep this support for the old
stuff at least for one mesa release. However, since I realized that this patch
is destined for 11.0, and SKL had production URB/thread counts in 10.6.3, I
would also like to just remove it.

I'll assume your reviewed-by applies to that as well.
