With the kernel stuff now looking ready to merge upstream, I'd like to
merge support for vc4 based on the headed-upstream kernel ABI to the
11.1 branch.  I've prepared a series at:

How do we feel about merging this in so that 11.1 can be the first
release as an ABI-stable, non-experimental vc4 driver?
