[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] nvc0: add a missing parameter to nvc0_set_shader_images()

This fixes a compilation warning introduced in commit 05a12c5
(gallium: add interface for writable shader images).

While we are at it, fix indentation and rename parameters according to
the gallium interface.
