To confirm, the issue only happens on Ironlake for you?

I was unable to reproduce on GM45 or Ivy Bridge using
10.6.0 or master.

I tried the 3, 5, 10 and 70 Mbps versions, with
this command line:

mpv --vo=opengl --hwdec=vaapi Jellyfish-3-Mbps.mkv
