[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 2/2] mesa: remove MSVC warning pragmas

Removing this block of pragmas doesn't seem to increase the number of
warning generated by MSVC.  Other than signed/unsigned comparison warnings
there's very few other warnings nowadays.
