[Mesa-dev] [RFC] softpipe/draw: gpu_shader5 geometry shader features.

First posting of these,

Mainly looking for feedback on the approach, or any pitfalls
anyone might notice, they pass most of the tests, need to schedule
piglit runs for llvmpipe to make sure I haven't broken anything.
