Well I think he meant the website, rather than the build state.

The tinderbox frontend went down 2-3 months ago, and just magically
reappeared last week sometime.

I've been restoring my backend servers bit by bit, the RHEL7 one also
got caught by building llvm which now requires out of tree builds, so
I've got to clean a few more things out on it.
