Ok, so the whole "BROKEN" seems to have different meaning than expected.

That aside, seems that we're clashing due to the (lack of?)
recompilation in the libglsl_util_la_SOURCES.

We have some rework on the topic in 11.0.1. Does that one work
correctly ? Do you recall if things worked at some point in the past
?Which version of automake/autoconf are you using ?
