I've walked away from MESA/etnaviv after getting pissed off with the
snail-slow patch review and application.  Etnaviv is really a waste
of time and in my opinion will never be ready for people to use -
and it'll be really bad when it gets released, because bugs will take
months to get addressed by Christian.

Sorry, but I've no interest in etnaviv and/or mesa anymore.  Christian
killed that interest.
