[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v2 08/24] nvc0: add missing glMemoryBarrier bits

This fixes a bunch of subtests of
arb_shader_image_load_store-host-mem-barrier.

v2: use (flags & (PIPE_A | PIPE_B)) to use a single operation
