We don't add Authors: or \author lines anymore. GIT does a fine job
tracking that for us.

The newer idiom is to just do 'gl_Position = gl_Vertex in the shader,
don't call piglit_ortho_projection, and use piglit_draw_rect(-1, -1, 2,
2) to draw.
