[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] i915: Stop claiming GL 2.1 support.

A user reporting an unrelated bug (98964) said that he has to set
MESA_GL_VERSION_OVERRIDE=1.4 when running Chromium otherwise it's too
slow. I presume that it's attempting to use GL 2.0/2.1 features that
aren't hardware-supported on i915.
