... and also I think you need to add something to
src/mesa/main/get_hash_params.py - you're supposed to be able to use
glGet* with the IsEnabled stuff. (I don't have a spec quote handy, but
e.g. look at the GL_BLEND_ADVANCED_COHERENT_KHR handling.)
