While this change fixed the piglit test "spec at egl 1.4 at eglterminate then
unbind context" for me with radeonsi, unfortunately it broke
"spec at egl_khr_create_context@verify gl flavor" (reproducible with
LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1) and spec at egl_khr_fence_sync@conformance in turn.
