[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 02/39 v2] d3dadapter9: Add d3dadapter9.pc

Export d3dadapter9.pc
It is essentially the same than d3d.pc,
except we want to drop d3d.pc in the future
(we prefer the name d3dadapter9).
v2: Resend because one file was missing.
