Heh, okay, I'll get the SIMD32 patches in good shape by 12.0 -- Or at
least the bare minimum needed to make ARB_compute_shader happy on Gen8+
without bells and whistles.  Though it would definitely help get the
changes merged in time if we extend the deadline by a couple of weeks
[and/or promise some SIMD32 beer in exchange ;)].
