[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v2 3/3] vulkan/wsi/x11: Implement FIFO mode.

This implements VK_PRESENT_MODE_FIFO_KHR for X11. Unfortunately, due to
the way the present extension works, we have to manage the queue of
presented images in a separate thread.
