I've rebuilt both libdrm and mesa with the last patches you've sent and
I've skipped the version hunk for the second (loader) patch.

With these patches I see dGPU wakeups when starting
firefox/chromium/glxgears/etc. This happens with kernels with and
without the sysfs revision patch.
