Yes they can, yet they shouldn't need to bother to begin with, since
the code itself is not aimed at deployment ;-)

For development, on the other hand - the work is proven to be useful.
On the radv front I'll let the invested developers decide - do they
want absolute paths or using LD_LIBRARY_PATH is good enough.
