Wrt the glx prefixed functions - they go through a layer of
indirection and we still get to the correct functions. I started going
through the 'generated' file, nuking everything but the ones we need
which ended up a bit longer than expected. It's nice to have and not
an actual bug.

On the 'sin' part ... relating that to the discoveries in xserver I'd
call it a walk in the park ;-)
But if you insist, please split it out from the other refactoring.

For the moment I'll go with the 2 line fix.
