Zodiac Inflight Innovations are funding both Kernel Labs as well as
Etnaviv, on projects related to the mx6quad and mx6quadplus platforms.
I don't yet personally know the Etnaviv devs and I'm not co-working
with them directly.
Zodiac are strong open-source advocates, I've worked with them for
4(?) years on many different projects. They specifically ask each of
their open source devs to upstream as much of their work as possible,
where-ever practical. Its really nice to cleanup the HUD patches and
finally share them.

Yes, it will be good to finally share the code with others. Also,
additional enhancements are already on the schedule.
