I see this too. As long as it just concerns tags, we can probably just
go through them, see if any of them are still relevant, and delete the rest?
Some of them seem to be tags of old Mesa releases, e.g.
d3d91230e1fbceda678c125c66c16ee910337e08. Those could perhaps be deleted
and re-created.
