Sounds like you're manually tinkering with --subject-prefix ;-) Purge
the one you have in your local config and rerun autogen.sh - it will
set it up for you.

Skimmed very quickly through and it doesn't seem like any patch has
information/changelog.
A few patches want a commit message - 11/12 comes to mind but there
could be others.

That said, I don't know much about GST so I'm not sure if I can
provide more useful feedback :-\
