[Mesa-dev] [RFC PATCH 0/3] EGL spec updates and proposals

I've been looking at finishing up the EGL_EXT_device_base work properly
as I'd like to consume it in xserver. I think I'm going to need some
additional extensions to be able to consume it sanely though, so, here's
some draft specs. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

1/3 is a bit unrelated, I initially thought MESA_platform_device would
need a new enum so I went on a bit of a detour trying to figure out what
our enum allocations actually are.
