Eh, I made the patch on master but apparently hadn't pulled after the
holidays :/  Thanks for your fix and sorry for the noise.

Yocto is currently still on 17.1.x but patching locally is not an issue (as
long as I know it's fixed in master so long term we get rid of the patch).
