A small recommendation:
 - List mesa version
 - List hardware (lspci -nn -d ::300 should generally be enough)

If you're interested in this being addressed faster:
 - Record an apitrace, such that when it is replayed, it shows the issue
(https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace) and make this trace available.
