IIRC we have those for API that create objects (context, drawables,
"get" buffers) and alike.
I don't recall any other instances where we'd have a loaderPrivate.

As soon as one looks at the rest of loaderPrivate's in
__DRIdri2LoaderExtensionRec a big ??? comes about.
Can I trouble you to document it?
