[Mesa-dev] Mesa 17.1.0 release plan

If I'm doing my math correctly, this would put the feature freeze for 17.2
roughly in mid-july, correct? I've got some stuff in the pipe that's a lot
more than 5 weeks of work so it won't make 17.1 and I want to be able to plan.
