Thanks, for the suggestion on how to build LLVM 4.0 with MSVC 2015 toolset when
having Visual Studio 2017 installed, unfortunately it didn't help. Building
both LLVM 4.0 and Mesa 17.0.2 with C11 threads patch with MSVC 2015 toolset
leads to similar link error with same LLVM library. I always tried 32-bit
builds when using LLVM 4.0, haven't tried 64-bit yet. Below are the logs from 2
attempts (with OpenSWR and without). I updated my build script to support Ninja
build system:

Unfortunately, I could not include in the log the LLVM build. it was too late,
had to stop after LLVM build completed, now re-ran the script skipping straight
to Mesa build.
