This ensures that future calls to eglSwapBuffers and eglMakeCurrent emit
an error.
This patch is part of a series for fixing
android.hardware.camera2.cts.RobustnessTest#testAbandonRepeatingRequestSurface
on Chrome OS x86 devices.
