[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v4 2/2] travis: Add test for gcc-4.4 compiler tool chain

Add a build check for g++-4.4 is the oldest gcc based compiler directly
supported in ubuntu/trusty, and one of the compilers that don't have full
c++11 support, i.e. it doesn't understand -std=c++11.
