I guess you would have further improvement for converting nativeFenceFd 
to vkSemaphore and vkFence.
The best way is using dma-fence presented by nativeFenceFd to signal 
vkSemaphore.

Anyway, as a temp implement, it's ok to me, at least not trigger 
problems, but just has negative on performance.
