When two monitors connect via dock station I see:

and monitors work as twins.

When I connect one monitor in dock station and secondsary in DP port all good.

I see after executed xrandr
LVDS-1 
DP-1
DP-3

Notebook my colleagues with same version OS working without problems on this
dock station.
