[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v2 2/3] driconf: move ${sysconfdir}/drirc to ${datadir}/drirc.d/00-mesa-defaults.conf

${sysconfdir} is for store admin config files, so move
this mesa default config file to ${datadir}/drirc.d.
