Think this should be 'See MAINTAINERS' ... ?

The rest looks good to me, though I would encourage linking to
Patchwork so people can find patches from others, as well as making
sure their own patch hasn't disappeared into the void.

Is there a document somewhere that describes how to use Patchwork &
git-pw you could link to?
