[Mesa-dev] [PATCH v2 2/2] radv: implement AMD_gcn_shader extension

Please split this up into 4 patches: 1 for the core nir part, 1 for
the spirv part, 1 for the ac part and finally 1 for the radv.

I think we can make these normal opcodes instead of instrinsics? They
don't have any control flow dependency, so we can allow code motion
(and they can be constant folded).

It would be great if we can introduce a check here just like most of
the capabilities and that the driver sets a bool whether it is
supported. That way we get a warning if an app uses it while not
supported.
