Hi Dylan,

I noticed that the patch, "i965/miptree: Use the correct BLT pitch,"
isn't included here. Without it, none of these patches change Mesa's
behavior.

Since the "Fix can_blit_slice()" patch hasn't been reviewed yet, I'm
fine with none of these patches going in.
