This seems to be odd, a03d456f5a41 is a commit from 2010 that is in the
17.3 branch. I think the real reason is 1d871aa626815 because it moves
the patched code by ~1800 lines so that "git cherry-pick" can't handle
it anymore. "patch" can handle this propely though.
