[Mesa-dev] [PATCH] glapi: add glBlendBarrier(), glPrimitiveBoundingBox() prototypes

in glapi_dispatch.c, as we have for many other GLES functions.
Fixes a cross-compile issue (missing prototype) when GLES support
is disabled.
