So for this separation to happen we would have ...

for 16F ones:

if (ctx->Extensions.ARB_texture_float || 
ctx->Extensions.OES_texture_half_float)

and another one for 32F ones:

if (ctx->Extensions.ARB_texture_float ||
ctx->Extensions.OES_texture_float)
