[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 0/2] amd/addrlib: update Mesa's copy of addrlib

Hi all,

nothing special here, just updating addrlib from the internal version.

This is bigger than usual because they decided to reorganize the source
a bit. It does make a bit more sense this way.

There's also a whole lot of churn in whitespace because for the first
time I've used the same tooling that is used for AMDVLK. Hopefully
that will make things simpler going forward.

Since the main patch is pretty big, I've also put it here:
