[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 1/1] iris: set default tiling mode to X-tiled

UMDs such as modesetting can use legacy ADDFD which doesn't accept
Y-tiled buffer, ths patch sets the default tiling mode to X-tiled
for backward compatibility.
