Tegra K1 should work with the nouveau kernel and mesa drivers. Android
is also amongst the platforms where Mesa runs.
IIRC since Android makes heavy use of MT, you might need to
rebase/apply these [1] nouveau patches.

That said, best thing is to try if yourself - yet YMMV.
I would start with Android-x86.
