[Mesa-dev] [ANNOUNCE] mesa 18.3.1

Hi,

just sending a follow-up to clarify that we talked privately and we
agreed that Emil will continue with his started effort to do the 18.3.2
release and later 18.3.x bugfix ones.

Therefore, expect a pre-release announcement in the following hours.
