The driconf options can be string, look at
DRI_CONF_DEVICE_ID_PATH_TAG

Plus you can make the driconf option driver specific (I don't remember the
exact syntax, I think you have to put driver="radeonsi" in the <application ...
> field).

I don't get your comment about OOTB.
