Yes, I had the plan to update and create a MR with the GitLab CI proposal that I
had sent to mailing list at the beginning of the month, but for personal issues
I completely forgot about it. I'm really really sorry about it.

I don't know how much late I'm are to propose it. In any case, I've everything
ready to create a MR. But as it would be impolite impolite to do it after Eric
created one, I've left a comment in Eric's MR#146 with the proposal, explaining
it.

If Eric and others are fine, I can create a MR too.
