I just double-checked it again, and now I can say with confidence that for me
with Mesa-git 1591d1fee5016a21477edec0d2eb6b2d24221952
(https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/commit/1591d1fee5016a21477edec0d2eb6b2d24221952)
and with LLVM-git 7238353da24, this issue with the trembling animation of
vegetation instead of smoothly swaying in the wind, sadly, but it is still
exists.
