[ANNOUNCE] mesa 24.2.7

If you have source code repositories enabled, you can do
sudo apt build-dep mesa
which gives you all the dependencies that the current version of Mesa in
Ubuntu has, which is a good starting point.
Then you probably want to disable everything you don't use to make it
easier & faster.
