The problem is though that you might need some specific workunit-dependent arguments for the binary to start properly, and I'm not sure how to find them. You will probably need to ask at seti forums. BTW there might be even some logfiles in the seti folder, for example einstein@home logs the errors into stderr.txt in its project folder.
