On second thought, including khrplatform.h in glext.h and changing the typedefs
to read
typedef khronos_ssize_t GLsizeiptr;
typedef khronos_intptr_t GLintptr;
would be pretty simple. I added this to Eric's Khronos bug report.</pre>
